Mr. Rogers is a Senior Analyst at Angeleno Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2026, he worked closely with the CEO at a geothermal heating and cooling startup, Bedrock Energy, supporting workstreams across sales, strategic operations, executive team management, and external communications. Before that, he was an Associate at Boston Consulting Group within the Energy, Industrial Goods, and Private Equity practices, advising clients across utilities, HVAC, power services, and electric vehicles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Sustainable Energy from Princeton University, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors. His senior thesis examined the application of second-life electric vehicle batteries as grid-scale storage. At Princeton, he also competed on the Division I Varsity Men's Volleyball team and was active in the Princeton University Energy Association.
